Many people can get lost in where the substitutions should occur, how much should be substituted, and what is considered one (1) count of a specific fat, protein, legume, fruit, vegetable, or starch. Hopefully, this video will help you see how to use the Nutrition Guide for the remainder of the program, and will also help with your overall menu planning from here on out. I am not a nutritionist, this is just meant to be a helpful guide to those using the program, and making the necessary dietary changes that go along with the program.
